After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. "I cannot praise this business highly enough! My swamp cooler died on me, so I called PHC on Friday, they had a technician out at my house to look at my system and give me a free estimate by the following Monday. I was able to order the swamp cooler I wanted, and have it installed by the end of the week. It was very affordable, and everyone I talked to throughout this process was pleasant and professional, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. I will be going to PHC Systems for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future."

"John and his crew installed a Rinnai tankless water heater externally and a new water softener. Besides this they found and repaired a water leak under the house. John and his crew did their work in a very professional manner and did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete. His price for all this work was quite reasonable.
