"Jack Olson is hands down the best security guy in the game. I dealt with a few companies before finally Alarm Protect Group and they were a nightmare. Not only did they go above and beyond, the company was able to set up the system the next day! I cant say enough about this company, if you are in Monsey, choose Jack at APG."

"ADT came by today (they send a text when installer is on their way – very helpful) to implement our new security system. They were in and out within 60 minutes. We went with their deluxe promotion that also included fire sensors and carbon monoxide detectors. Wanted to go with a company that provided protection from both intruders and from fire/carbon danger."

"The control panel needed a new battery pack installer did not have. 3eMissed one indoor window needing a sensor, and garage door open sensor is needed. Appt. times are not accurate so allow for extra time ! Low battery alarm beeped once every minute overnight so I lowered volume. Garage door sensor is on backorder. This install may get completed when? Unknown.
I could also use 2 more sensors.
Our insurance company said that since we have no smoke or fire alarm protection they cannot give us a bigger discount on our homeowners policy.

"Service provider arrived on time to my residence. Carpet tech was very professional and asked if I had any high traffic areas that required pretreatment. Tech pre-treated all areas of concern and went over pre-treated areas twice with the carpet machine. I have a lot of carpeted areas in my home and have used several big commercial companies in the past to clean my carpet and to be honest this was the BEST carpet cleaning company that I have used. My carpet looks like new and all areas cleaned dried within a day. This company employs skilled carpet techs that are professional, knowledgable, and provide excellent customer service. D&R Services will continue to get my business for any future carpet cleaning needs I may have in the future."

"Went well. You have the system mailed to you then can call for support setting it up. It was like **** getting it set up (you self install the sensors on windows and doors, this was a horrible experience for me). The rep was very helpful. After setting it up I called the company and someone helped 'name' each sensor (we were on the phone for 8 hours doing this). The guy was very helpful and patient, even when I started crying over the phone. BUT still I would probably do it again. A great company. It's up to each person if they want someone to install a different company's equipment or if they want to set up each frontpoint sensor themselves. I'm over 60 years old and it was stressful for me. ps I got a special deal for the equipment through Angie's list btw."

"I belong to a well-reputed and extensively experienced law firm. When we prepare for the court trials, we try out best to collect all the supporting evidence. For that, we hire a good investigation team and I do not think that any other investigation company than Private Investigator National can do this job better than they. Their investigation has just reversed the case many times. Full five stars to them."

"This is the second time that I've used the company, and the service was good as usual.  The technician that came out was friendly and personable and did a thorough cleaning.  Considering the scope of the work, I feel as though we paid a good price."

"

If I could give a rating higher than an A this company certainly deserves it. I can't say enough (great things) about this company. The service that they provided was over and beyond my expectations not only did they do what they had promised but they made me feel as if I was part of their family and the service that they did for me is what they would do for one of their close relatives. This being my first time of needing this kind of help and my not having experience in this area I could not have found anyone better than Cavallo Associates. If anyone is in need of this type of service this company is the one you should choose.

I give them the highest recommendation possible.

"For the last four years it's all been good, until recently when we were out of town and the alarm went off. The monitoring company called us and told us an alarm went off and when I asked if they called the police they said no they diddn't because we don't have a alarm certification for our city. I wasn't even aware of this for all these years. And on countless calls with customer service for more equipment they never mentioned that they had no certificate on file. When I called the customer service they tried to blame me, stating that "it's the homeowner's responsibility to get the certificate." I replied that's fine but why didn't you all tell me I didn't have it. All these years I thought the police or fire would be called. It's just poor service. They never helped other than to give me a number and call the other department the next day. I decided I wasn't going to renew with them. They clearly don't really have a Customer Relationship System nor do they care to worry about their customer's well being if they would let something as important as this lapse and have no recourse to correct. The excuse of the rep was "well, we have thousands of customers and we don't have a system that would tell us if this were missing." What a lame excuse. If they are so antiquated to not even be able to track client information, service level and what is still missing, I can't believe they would do a good job to protect my family.  So, equipment is fine but make sure you get a company that will be proactive in suggesting ways to protect your family, not just sell you more equipment."
