Acuity was prompt and responsive. They did everything they said they would in the timeframe that they promised. The information I received was extensive, but had only a few more details than I already had after doing internet searches on my own. If you are not comfortable with searching for information online, or just don't have the time to do it, I would definitely use their services. I believe if I were to hire them again to go a step further, they would do a great job.

Asset Search - they didn't find anything in online databases, so unfortunately no help there. They recommended I dig through the target's trash to find bank letters. I did that and it was somewhat helpful. Social Security / Birthdate - they got it. Sometimes they don't answer the phones or hit deadlines they said they'd hit, but in the end they did complete their service, and due to my unsatisfaction for the asset search I was partially refunded, and am satisfied.

Had a family member with years of drug and alcohol abuse that was behaving erratically and causing fear and anxiety both within and against the family. We needed to know what was going on and with whom and Acuity Investigation helped us greatly. We needed immediate assistance and Dwayne and company were on it within the day. And all of this on a holiday weekend!! The family had the piece of mind that this person's whereabouts could be known and his behavior could be monitored. I have to give Dwayne a very special shout out for constant and near immediate communication. I would highly recommend this company for your surveillance needs. We felt like we were in good hands and got the answers we needed to feel like we had some control over a terrible situation.

"I am personally surprised and saddened by this review. We had given a discount to this client because she had a disabled grandson. We quoted her the discounted rate and a 4 hour minimum which is the standard for the industry. The investigation was more than one hour from our office and when we presented the final bill she complained about being billed for driving time and mileage. She could not be satisfied so we agreed to waive all costs above the 4 hour retainer and zero balanced the bill."
