"We absolutely love this place.  We've used them to service our swamp cooler and furnace in the past and also to replace our water heater and always had exceptional service.  When it came time to switch to refrigerated air, Glen (the owner) came out and thoroughly looked everything over, explained in detail exactly what would be done, and even talked me through what type of furnace we might want for the long-term as far as maintenance (and it wasn't the most expensive one).  We were fortunate enough to have acquired our own equipment and Glen was extremely accommodating in all aspects of this process.  Amanda was amazing and incredibly helpful in setting up the installation date and was so friendly, and Nathan and Richard were fantastic installers.  They showed up on time and NEVER stopped working.  I mean they never, ever stopped moving and they did a wonderful job.  Glen came back to check everything once they were finished, showed me how everything worked, and we were done!  If there was a problem, I never knew about it.  It was flawless start to finish and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.  We feel extremely secure that the job was done right and not only highly recommend them, but we'll definitely use them again.

"Crew was polite and fairly efficient. They installed a fan they had never seen before and had trouble figuring out how to put it together. This job required running electric and they had to cut holes in the drywall. They replaced the cut-out pieces but they could have taken more time with this, which would have made it easier to patch and paint later. Otherwise, they did a good job!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The contractor put together a ceiling fan and installed it.  He was unable to complete the other jobs, which I did myself.  I had to take the initiative to get ahold of him, and he also got lost coming to my place, so it was late by the time he got here.  The first time, I was missing a part.  So, I went to the store and got the part.  The next day, the contractor didn't show up, so i contacted him again, and he came and installed the fan.
Honestly, the store where I bought the fan would have installed it for less money than I paid this contractor.  I thought that he would be able to do more than that, but it didn't work out.  That's why I say it was not a good price for me.
He is a nice, friendly and trustworthy person and he did a good job on the installation.  The sink handle he was not able to fix, but he told me what to do, and I did it myself.  The other job is still not done, as I'm waiting for the right part.
