The immediate, as well as surrounding area, was cleared and leveled just to add a nice unexpected finish. Very happy with the work, communication, and extra effort by Miguel resulting in a finished job that was better than I expected. "This is probably one of the worst companies I've ever hired to do anything. In late August, they supposedly came to clean my dryer vent. A day later, wet lint started backing up into my dryer. As I'd never had this problem before, I thought it was an issue with the dryer. It took quite a long time to get a repair technician in (Covid times!) to tell me that it was because the dryer vent cleaning had been done so poorly that it had caused an additional blockage, possibly because the tech from Roadrunner had accidentally sealed the vent on the roof. I called Roadrunner back and explained that they needed to come and fix their problem. They scheduled me for a week out. When the tech failed to arrive that day, I called them. "Oh, the tech called in sick, we'll have to reschedule you. We called you this morning to let you know!" (They had not.) A day later, when they still hadn't called, I called them to reschedule. They told me that they would maybe reschedule, but that I'd have to pay them again to fix their mistake because it had been more than 30 days before I'd been able to get a dryer technician to diagnose the problem that they had caused. Absolutely terrible service. I will be using my only recourse at this point, which is to dispute the initial charge with my credit card company."
