They also spotted issues with my duct work and are working with me to repair them. They replaced my water heater as well! Truly compassionate, affordable and very timely. I wouldn't hire anyone else. "Overall, they do good work and we were very satisfied with the end result. Our project manager, Cyndee, was wonderful! We had her cell number and communicated with her almost daily during the process. Sometimes she noticed things that needed to be changed or fixed even before we did, which was nice. The process took longer than expected due to an unforeseen supplier issue, but Professional Contracting Builders were good about making it up to us however they could. Not every detail was done correctly or to our liking the first time, but they were good about communicating and coming back to re-do the details until we were satisfied. We did have major issues with one of the subcontractors, but those were addressed by Cyndee and ultimately the sub came back (multiple times) and fixed the issues. All the other subs were GREAT and did excellent work! We would hire them again."

Work was completed within 1 week of estimated time and included new windows and french door installation, replacement of 3 windows, retexture and paint ceilings, new flooring, new cabinets, new baseboards and painting throughout. Work was excellent and Julio was an amazing worker! He never did things that were less then satisfactory and often went the extra mile! My new kitchen, living area and laundry look incredible!!
