Hugo communicated with me frequently letting me know where they were as far as progress and made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. Even during the construction, I made changes and they were very accommodating. In the end, the job turned out amazing. The job was done so well that a family member even asked for an estimate for their bathroom. I will certainly be using this company for any other construction jobs that I decide to have as I've seen their work and I'm completely satisfied."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Felipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one."

"The work went great. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a contractor. The quality of MountainSide's work and customer service was outstanding. When MountainSide evaluated my project, they took the time to listen to my concerns, discussed different options for completing the work, and gave me a detailed, written estimate. Unlike the other contractors that gave me estimates, they advised me upfront that part of the work required a city permit - I checked and they were right - and took on the responsibility for getting the permit and complying with all pertinent city ordinances regarding the work. Their work crews showed up on time and did a great job. They were polite and efficient and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. More importantly, the quality of their work was outstanding and they cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. Finally, MountainSide's customer service was outstanding. They kept me up-to-date on the status of the city permit, worked with me to schedule the most convenient date for the work, and followed through with me on every step of the project, including the removal of the cones and barricades after the concrete had hardened. I have hired several contractors through the years, and although I have been generally pleased with the work, the quality, efficiency, and level of customer service provided by MountainSide Contractors was absolutely outstanding. The next time I need work done, I will not hesitate to call them. If you are looking for a contractor that will show up when they say they will, a contractor who will make the effort to fully assess the project and give you a fair price, and a contractor who will be there for you every step of the way, you cannot go wrong with MountainSide Contractors."

"Service provider arrived on time to my residence. Carpet tech was very professional and asked if I had any high traffic areas that required pretreatment. Tech pre-treated all areas of concern and went over pre-treated areas twice with the carpet machine. I have a lot of carpeted areas in my home and have used several big commercial companies in the past to clean my carpet and to be honest this was the BEST carpet cleaning company that I have used. My carpet looks like new and all areas cleaned dried within a day. This company employs skilled carpet techs that are professional, knowledgable, and provide excellent customer service.
