"PURCHASED FROM A TUFF SHED DEALER in ABQ, NM. So many exposed nails on inside from a ‘missed the stud scenario’. There is one area where the screw attaching the outside vertical component of the shed to the floor of the shed was not screwed in completely, an 1/4” space existed between the side wall and the floor. Every nail/ screw in the manufacture of the building is not redundant. This represents a compromise in the structural integrity of the Tuff Shed. These are the company’s policies. EXCELLENCE POLICY: Taking all necessary steps to create the best products and supply the best services. INTEGRITY POLICY: Living up to our promises, commitments and responsibilities. Both of their policies were not fulfilled in construction of my shed!!"

"Gutters got installed, look nice. Water running back toward wall. Company came back and did their thing. Problem never got fixed. Now i have stained stucco due to incorrect gutter installation. I called them back and they said they should have installed a diverter. So why didn't they? Lazy?, inexperienced at the time? all I know is they stated out well and now I got damaged stucco."

The winds did not allow for any spraying so it all had to be done by brush. Every evening, the workers cleaned up and stored their painting equipment. They were very polite and professional, and they did a fantastic job that was challenging, to say the least. This is the third time I have used Lucero Construction and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work, craftsmanship, politeness of their workers, and cleanliness of the job site. I will use them again without hesitation."
