I would avoid this company like the plague. At best, they do shoddy work. They repaired a door on 5/12 and when asked about the questionable work, Gary, the owner, laughed it off. Choose another company is my advise. (If google would allow, I would have selected zero stars!)

Setting up an appointment was very easy and quick. They actually send a text with the technician information along with a picture so you know exactly who is coming to service your garage door. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and very fast. He replaced both torsion springs and replaced all three bearings in an hour. I’ll definitely recommend them!

Device for pushing to enter home is not very sturdy. The mount on the wall is not securely attached. For this reason I rated lower. Also, I guess I did not ask enough questions when I called because I did not know there was a charge to come out and give you an estimate. Usually, if you decide to go with the company, they apply that cost to the payment....not done. Satisfactory, but not my best decision to go with this company.

The technician Ryan was fantastic. He did a great job. The issue is with the price. They are at the highest end of the spectrum. $550.00 for two torsion spring replacements. I really didn't have time to say no and get a different estimate, so I had Ryan do the work. I tried to call the business and was put on hold for eternity. I gave up. I also tried the chat function. No response. Work quality was good. Pricing was way high compared to Home Advisors true cost guide. Buyer beware.
