What a fiasco. Greg the owner is very unprofessional and unethical. Missed several start dates, used various family crisis as excuses. I issued ultimatum start on certain date or return my down payment minus any reasonable cost incurred to date. Greg said his team, who never had the personal problems, would start on a Monday. I asked what time, and he said he would call me back only to learn his foreman was out of state and would start on Tuesday. Team arrived, work was for the most part done well with the exception of taking big chunks of stucco out of my chimney when removing old cement and not repairing it. In the main, I am pleased with the roof and gutters. Had a leak in the gutter that was supposed to be fixed when the leaf filers I had requested where installed. Nearly, a month later I had contracted with another company for leaf filters and the young installer fixed the leak. Greg, had submitted two insurance-claim supplements one for additional work discovered after the initial estimate and secondly, a code compliance issue. The insurance company had questions regarding the supplements and tried to contact Greg but Greg failed all the insurance company’s and my attempts to contact him. After I posted a scathing review on Angi, Yelp, and Home Advisor, Greg called all apologetic and contrite. He was now in the midst of divorce proceedings and things had gone off the rails, but he was not back on track. I told him about my chimney and he was going to make it right, contact the insurance company, and blah, blah. He called the adjuster and settle the questions on one supplement and he sent a young man to repair my chimney. Learned he never ordered the leaf filters. However, when a new adjuster tried to contact him regarding the second supplement no response to adjuster or to me. I have an $1860.00 claim pending. Like a fool, I felt sorry for him and his personal problems and took down the negative reviews. This man has no sense of honor or integrity—stay well clear of him--his word means nothing. And, this review will not be coming down.

We just bought our house, talked to Greg on a friday and we picked our shingles and was completely done by Tuesday, 4 days later! Kept us updated and even invited us to come see the progress. Great company!

Hollywood Roofing was amazing! They came out to my house with little notice - literally on New Year's Eve to address my concerns. Greg was extremely polite and patiently explained my roof's issues in plain language and how to submit a claim to my insurance company. He even went the extra mile and showed up the day my insurance company's adjuster came out to inspect my roof. Even though my roof was at the end of its life, my insurance company approved replacing my roof due to the hail storm. I used Hollywood Roofing to re-roof three properties in the past year as the result of a brutal hail storm in July 2018. In one case, the insurance company did not accurately identify all of the damage, so I signed an assignment of rights agreement that enabled Hollywood to capture an additional $3k on the insurance claim. I found that Hollywood provided comprehensive, timely, and quality service at a value price. Of course, I will be sure to contact them next time I need roofing services.

Just had my roof completed by Hollywood roofing. The crew was great and did an amazing job. Greg is very easy to work with and I felt comfortable right away with his honesty and professionalism. I had 2 other good bids before Hollywood to replace my aging but not leaking roof. Hollywood was the 3rd but the only one to suggest we pursue contacting my insurance company because he felt I had a justifiable claim for hail damage. Well, he was right! Saved me a lot of money! The quality of the work was excellent. Every member of the crew was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was less than we'd expected. The only concern was that it took several weeks to get scheduled, but I understand that they're super busy and since our project was not urgent, that was ok with us. It all worked out very well and we'd hire them again.

We ask them to give us a price to repair the soffit and fascia damaged by a leaking gutter. Greg, the manager, got up on the roof, and told us we had hail damage and needed a new roof. The insurance adjuster agreed. We decided on a metal roof with wider seamless gutters. The worker were polite and courteous and cleaned up the area when they left each day. Anything we had a question about was taken care of. I thought more of the fascia was suppose to be replaced, than was being done. Greg told me that wasn't part of the bid, but if that's what it took to make me happy, he would do it. Greg and I finally agreed it looked good the way it was, and the additional didn't need to be done. On final inspection Greg noticed some of the screws won't torqued down properly, and sent a crew to correct it.

Greg and his crew were very prompt and professional, When Greg gave us a bid, he came in under our Insurance assessment, and when they tore off our roof they discovered the decking was installed wrong, and instead of just installing the shingles over the incorrect decking, they replaced most of our decking. They worked with us on the price since that much decking would cost much more then we anticipated. They were very quick, it took about a day and a half even though they had to replace all the decking also. They replaced all the vents on top and resealed everything, it really looks good.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of both Tony and Greg who own the company and oversee the work crews. All work was completed in a timely manner with the only delays being caused by the insurance companies and weather. Crews were supervised, questions answered immediately, work was excellent. All areas were cleaned up daily. They worked with us and the insurance companies throughout the process. I would and have highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair a roof of any kind.

Greg and his team from Hollywood Roofing LLC did a great job on my new roof. They did it within one day, finished real early about 4:30 pm. The staff was very polite and professional--they worked around the swamp cooler and DirecTV dishes, no need to worry it'd be up and running normally after work completed, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up, even for someone like my dad is a very picky person giving them compliment about the clean up. Thanks God I had a wonderful adjuster from State Farm approving my claim, and many thanks to Greg and his staff, now I have a brand new roof for "free", and the color (by choice) is so beautiful.

Excellent results. Their estimator accurately assessed what we needed, and their bid was quite reasonable. They completed all the work that they had promised and even some more, for the amount agreed to. Finally, and very importantly, they knew how to work with our insurance company to obtain the maximum payment on our claim. Nobody likes to have to do major repairs, but Hollywood Roofers made the process as pleasant as it could be.

Everything was done as anticipated. It was actually completed and less time then what was scheduled. Greg and his crew we're very professional, knowledgeable and communication was very good throughout the process. The cleanup was as hoped for. They placed tarps all around the house to capture all the debris. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Our roof was damaged by recent hail storms. Our insurance company covered our damages and I requested bids from 3 reputable companies that I found on AngiesList.com and HomeAdvisor.com. The company we went with was Hollywood Roofing and here is why. Hollywood Roofing returned my call in a timely manner, the others, took one week and would schedule me 1 to 2 weeks out before they could come and look at the damages and give me a quote. Hollywood representative was patient, not assertive, helpful recommending many options of color type and materials used as well as knowledgeable on how the insurance process works. Hollywood patiently waited until we received the other bids which came back with no $ amounts (3 weeks later). Their bids were “Insurance + Deductible”. Hollywood had dollar amount and itemized bid and we choose them to replace our roof. Hollywood experienced crew finished the job in 2 days as they committed too. They also were very well organized and left at the end of the day with the area clean (no nails, trash or scrapes of roofing left behind). Their representative and owner kept constant communication with us which made it great to do business with them. Hollywood Roofing has 33 year experience and the finished product showed it. We recommend calling Hollywood Roofing, LLC and at the least give them the opportunity to work with you on your next roofing project.

Hollywood Roofing did a great job on replacing our hail damaged roof. Greg came out to our house and sent us an estimate within five days. We scheduled the appointment to replace the roof within two weeks of the estimate. The workers showed up on time, removed the old roof and installed the new roof (including new vents and swamp cooler stand) in two and a half days on our house, shed and patio. The workers were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. We very highly recommend Hollywood Roofing.
