The owner, Kevin, arrived on time and was patient and attentive as I expressed my questions and concerns. After conducting a thorough inspection, I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to immediately repair the roof. He also provided a comprehensive assessment on the stucco issues and proposed some alternative solutions to help us avoid a costly repair.
