"Mannie is a wonderful respectful person, however, you have to keep on him to get the job done. He must find workers that want to work daily not when it's convenient for them (He had a hard time getting help) but when he did get help the work got done. Overall I would give him an 9 out of 10. The final product was clean, smooth, and his corners were excellent. I would recommend Mannie, however, you have to be ready to keep on him. NOTE: If he says 2 weeks plan on 4."

After he finally sent a crew to come clean up, his letter to remove the lien had the wrong information and wasn’t notarized. (It’s a legal document, you need to use the correct information. And according to the Santa Fe County Clerk, it must be notarized.) After way too much drama, we got another letter (with accurate numbers), got it notarized, I paid him, and then, FINALLY, we were done. The stucco looks good, we’ve even had compliments on it. However, I recommend you find someone more competent and professional, even if it costs a little more."
