"Mark arrived within a few hours and successfully augered the drain, found and removed the obstruction. This is a rental property and he called me immediately to report the results and even sent me a photograph of the obstruction. (a toothbrush!!? )"

After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). "Arrived same day when he said he would. Checked septic tank, rooted out drains, went under house and saw the drain pipe had sagged at one spot so water was having to drain uphill. Rehung pipe and tested. Explained everything to my wife as they were doing it. Very friendly, professional and affordable. Pointed out a potential problem with the drain line where it exits the house but thought it was ok unless the house settled more. They even added more screws to the septic tank inspection lids. They were here for about two hours. Excellent, quick, honest, affordable service. I will do business with them in the future and appreciated the warning about the potential future issue with an approximate cost to fix it if it did become a problem. Call these guys first.
