He told me which supplier he uses and they have several locations, one of those was in Rio Rancho. I went there to see what materials they had to pick the gravel I wanted. He told me to call him when I decided what gravel I wanted him to use this was on February 27 he was doing the job. I told him what to pick of after making my selection. He showed up an hour after he said he would. The fabric underneath the gravel was already coming up through the gravel indicating that it was not anchored properly. Even after he laid it down, I wasn't sure why it didn't feel right when I walked on it. I went to the supplier and took a sample of what I told him to buy and took it to the unit to compare that with he laid down. It was clearly not the same and was not the right material. I took a sample of the gravel that he installed in the backyard to the supplier that he said he goes to. The people in the sales department told me they don't even carry the gravel that I had brought in. The sales department told me that they do not even have a Star Eagle Landscaping Services account. I e-mailed him to remove what he installed in the yard and replace it with the correct material. I never received a response from him. When it came time to pay him he did not want to give me an invoice with what he did and what he put down but I insisted on it. He finally emailed me an invoice the following day, and when I went and met him to pay for the services. He did not want me to put the check in the company name but personally make the check out to him. When I handed him the check I asked him if he did not have a business account. He told me that he was switching banks and that was the reason for having me write the check in his name. This made me think that this was not a legitimate company. I had also noticed when I checked my bank activity that he had cashed it at a bank branch and deposited it which also made me question if he had any account where he put the payment for any of his services.

 Having said what I wrote in the above "what did the provider do?", I would have worked with Star Eagle Landscape, but he just went his own way, and did not communitate with me regarding any concerns he had until after the fact. He is not a good communicator and does what he thinks and not what the owner wants. He makes excuses that are in my view not valid.

My yard was in such bad shape I was embarrassed to call! Miguel worked around my schedule to provide a consultation. I cannot say enough about Miguel's professionalism and the high quality of his work. My yard is beautiful and my neighbors no longer hate me! I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Like mentioned before, Miguel is a punctual, sincere, and very hard working!

He cut down the tree using all possible safety to protect nearby trees, yard features. He cut up the tree and hauled all debris off.

He supplied necessary materials to accomplish the sprinkler head addition.

All services were accomplished within 4 hours.

I wanted to re-do a portion of my back-yard to make it more dog-friendly, as well as providing an area to use for RV parking. I already had an idea of what I wanted, and Miguel did exactly as I asked, and then some. I had drawn up a rough sketch, and it turned out even nicer than I imagined. He was very professional, took care to do things right, and cleaned up after the job. Very easy to work with, and did a great job.

Gave them a call for a free estimae. They came out that day. I knew I wanted something done to my back yard but didnt know what, they gave me different ideas and diffrent proposals depending on the materials that were going to be used. Whit in a week they were working on my yard. Finished in 2 1/2 days.
