The workers showed up on time and did an excellent job. The whole project was done in two days. Jerome responded quickly to my texts and emails with any questions I had.

Very well! Crew was timely, worked hard, followed my plan for my new back yard that now looks amazing. The only concern was the gravel size, which was addressed with a good outcome. Quality workmanship. I am very happy and so is my family. I plan to hire them again in the very near future.

Alliance Landscaping is one of the worst contractors I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I contracted for a simple project, dig out some dirt, extend a slab, and build a new retaining wall, and they messed up at every single stage. Their owner is one of those contractors who, when you call with a problem, accuses you (the customer) of being wrong, or being unreasonable, or not being accommodating enough. Never would he just say, “You’re right, we messed up.” As the project continued to go south, his response to calls got progressively worse, until he was accusing me of lying, or just listing off a litany of irrelevant excuses. His workers got progressively ruder in parallel with his increasing rudeness, since it comes from the top. I really cannot understand why they are still in business.

The crew was on time and courteous. Work was completed on time and we were 100% satisfied with the work. At completion they cleaned and sweep up. This is the 3rd landscaping job that Jerome and his crew has done for us. If there is ever need for another job Alliance will be our first call.

This company is very efficient, starting on time, working hard all day. The guys are very friendly and trustworthy. They lived up to their word, easy to communicate with, responsive.

I had the good fortune of having Alliance Landscaping landscape my backyard. The yard was just dirt and weeds. In three and a half days I had a beautiful yard with a new block wall, some grass, stone and some colorful plants. Jerome and his crew did an absolutely incredible job and the professionalism is unmatched. they are great when you call with questions and follow up with you in a timely manner. The office staff is equally incredible and and on the ball.

Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks.

Called 2-3 times and never received calls back. Sent them an email requesting an appointment. Finally some man called and Made an appointment and they never showed up. So far I would rate landscapers poorly in this town. Never had so much trouble finding someone to do the work.

It went better than All season lawn care.Remove the valve out of the way. Measured everything, all pipes were 2' below the ground. And the sprinklers were all even with the ground. I also got sod,For just little bit more money.

I have used Jerome and Alliance Landscaping for 3 different projects over the last 5 years. I continue to retain their services because they always do an amazing job - they are communicative, professional, and very good at what they do. I will continue to use Alliance for all of my future landscaping needs.

Alliance Landscaping was friendly, responsive, and professional in everything they did. We explained what we wanted, and they came back with a quote within our budget. We then realized that we would like to have it done in time for a big event, and they moved up the start date to suit us. They showed up on time, worked two long days, and were done early on the third, ahead of schedule. We had no landscaping in our backyard, so we just had a jungle of weeds and some old concrete in weird sections. They removed the weeds and a small chunk of concrete, then poured a new patio. They then used the existing concrete divisions to design a yard with gravel and plants, with a patch of mulch for a play area. They also added an irrigation drip line with a timer to water the plants. We can now go back there with our kids and actually enjoy it. Our backyard is now unrecognizable, in the best way!

I highly recommend Alliance Landscaping Inc. Out of 5 estimates, I choose Alliance because: they show up on time; Jerome's estimate was clearly written, included everything we discussed, and was the most reasonable; Jerome and Tammy got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had additional questions and concerns; the contract included confirmation that Alliance Landscaping agrees to carry Workers' Compensation and Public Liability Insurance; Pete and Daniel did an exceptional job building a fence out of railroad ties, pulling out a stubborn wisteria bush, and carefully installing the gravel I selected. I am extremely happy with their hard work. Jerome stopped by several times during the install day to check on the progress. Throughout this process everyone at Alliance was respectful and patient. I felt, more than any of the other companies, that they truly cared about giving great customer service. The best compliment I can give is that I will be hiring Alliance again for two other large projects.

They began two days before they agreed to and the job was essentially finished in three days. They did come back, of their own volition, to touch things up a little bit and make sure that everything was acceptable to us.

I don’t want my review in any way to be seen as a rant, but instead as an honest review of my experiences. From the reviews I read here, I believe Alliance looks to be a solid choice for any basic landscaping needs. For any needs beyond this, I would highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere. I am attaching pictures of what I have been left with. The second picture was what was left after they came back to ‘fix’ it. This is also after they charged my credit card for the full project before it was completed (breaking the contract agreement – 1/2 down, 1/2 after completion) and after I had, in written form, told them in response to their question they did not have my approval to do so until the work was completed. I originally asked Jerome to come give me a bid on staining/sealing my decks. While he was there, I asked if they did any stucco work since I had a small patch needing repair. He assured me they did both. What he did not tell me was that he hired out this work to other companies. Meaning, I paid Jerome to then have a separate company to seal my decks…I could have done this and saved money. Same with the stucco. I understand he may work with these companies often but that does not change the fact that I paid him to do something I could have done myself. In both cases, scheduling was a nightmare, I was told “I don’t know why he (the deck guy) isn’t being responsive and on and on. I was told twice the stucco man was coming out a few times only to never show and never receive a call from Alliance or the gentleman. After seeing the stucco in its initial state, I sent an email stating my displeasure and that it was illegal for them to have charged my credit card before this work was done when I had specifically said they did not have my approval. I was called that evening by Jerome who berated me, stating I was immature, how people my age don’t know how to deal with situations, he will refuse to do business with me going forward and on and on. I was not rude in my email (happy to share it) but I asked if he would put this work on his website. Is it something he would be proud of and that it is, in fact, illegal for him to charge my credit card without my approval. When the stucco guy finally came back (after not showing up once), the second picture was what I was left with (note the white left from before around the edges and smeared on my newly sealed deck). I promise I understand it can be difficult to match the original stucco and agreed to this but this is not even an attempt at coming close. If they weren’t able to come close, why not be forthright so that I may decide? I know it is, in fact, possible to come closer as I had done so with the addition to my house a few years back, Rather than continue to be berated, put off and left with continued poor results, I’m calling it a wash, leaving my honest review here and hope to find a more reputable company in the Spring. Again, it seems Alliance is reliable for basic landscaping, work he does himself. For anything else, I would highly, highly recommend finding a more reliable, responsive and respectful company. I expect Alliance to respond, discrediting me or my review. But please know I am happy to share, verbatim, my email to dispel any accusations of rudeness on my part. Being a woman and straightforward to the situation at hand does not make you rude and does not excuse poor workmanship on a company’s behalf.

Jerome has been such a great, supportive and kind person to work with through the whole process. Not to mention the quality of the work he and his team did. They went up the next day to ensure everything was cleaned up and in perfect, completed condition. I am so pleased and am in contact already about the next project I'd like to get started. I would not hesitate to use Alliance for any of your needs!

It went very well. Jerome has a great crew of really hard-working, nice people. They accomplished the project in a (long) day and came back the next day to do some minor cleanup and make sure all our irrigation emitters were working properly. His office staff is also very professional and kept us well informed about schedule, etc.

We were able to get them to work on our wall since they were repairing the neghbor's wall which worked out great. They worked over a weekend to complete the job. We were warned it would be difficult to match the color. The new blocks do not match, but they did the best the could and explained why. Since the new blocks are behind some evergreen trees, they are sort of hidden so it will be fine. I didn't have time to get other bids.
