Asked it there was a extra charge for holidays, he laughed and said no. Arrived punctual at 10 am. Nice professional business young man. Explained problem, quoted price. I left when I returned project was completed. He ran water through gutters to show problem was cleared. Told me of wire screen I could insert over down spout to prevent leaves from entering drains.
