He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. "The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees.
