He arrived early, did a thorough job in a timely mannner, and got out some stains that a previous cleaner with a different company couldn't get.

it went well..very courteous. my only wish is that when they vacuumed that it would have been nice if they had cleaned the baseboard carpet area. I had most of the vacuuming done but not the hallway and noticed when i was replacing the items of furniture that it had not been shampooed or vacuumed. that was the only disappointing thing. the boss got all the stains out of the carpet including gum,slime and play dough. i have a medical issue and he used only stuff that would not hurt my breathing issue..and when done it looked very nice...and the price was very reasonable. will use him again for our bedrooms soon.

It went really well. Josh was super professional, he answered all my questions, he did a good job and make sure to done the work satisfactory.

Rugs didn't come out as clean as I'd expected, especially after asking them to focus on high traffic areas.  Wasn't bad, but I've had better results.

For $99.00 (I think), I was expecting a truck that used water, and solution to extract the dirt.  I was displeased to realize that the advertisement for Duran's services did not specify that the carpet would be a dry shampoo, using something similar to a vaccum because I was expecting a truck operated wet shampoo to extract water, and dirt.  Although the carpet did appear brighter after a couple of days, it did not last long, and I ended up paying someone else over a $100 to have it done again using truck equipment to extract dirt, using water, and solution.
It would be appreciated if carpet shampoo advertisements spelled out exactly what you are getting for your money.  I will not use Duran's service again.  I opted not to share this with my neighbors because I'm not sure if Duran was allowed to advertise this way by Angie's List without being more specific about the type of service, and equipment that would be used.  If I had known before hand, I would not have selected Duran's service.  Thank You.

It was pretty good. It was the first time I had tried a dry carpet cleaning like that. I am not sure if it was the same quality as when I have had somebody come out. He was right on time, prompt and very polite. He seemed to be very professional about what he did and explained everything. It was the first time I  had tried that type of cleaning versus the wet clean. I am not sure if it cleaned it as well. It was a relatively quick turn time. He was on time, called me back and was relatively prompt after I called him. He seemed to be efficient and didn't take too much time. He was very clean, polite and very professional. The carpet didn't get as clean as I thought.

The service was pretty good. They used some kind of a different machine. They didn't have the big monster machine with the hoses and that stuff. It was a really small machine and it worked pretty good. It wasn't long before I bought that and had it scheduled for them to come out. There were no additional cost other than the big deal cost. The service was really good. It was a pretty simple set up. There was just a couple of people who came out, no big deal as they had a small machine and I didn't have to move a lot of the stuff around. They set up an appointment, came on time and finished on time. Their machines are a little different than what you are used to but it seems to do a good job. I would recommend them. For the price, that was a really good deal that they had there. My wife was pretty happy and she is a tough grader. When I called to make the appointment it went to voice mail but they called me back the same day to set up the appointment. They were on time and everything. The professionalism was great, I have to give them an 'A' for that. I sure will use them again in the future.

Josh is always prompt and mannerly.

Josh was on time and presented as a bright, articulate and polite young man.  He seemed knowledgeable and completed the work in a very timely manner.
The bedroom carpet looked clean after Josh's cleaning.  Walking on the carpet in bare feet after it dried, however, made it clear there was a residue left on the carpet.  The carpet felt hard and crusty, unlike any other time after cleaning.  It is a high quality carpet and should have felt soft. 
The area rug, after it dried, was left with very obvious streaks where Josh's machine had missed cleaning.  I don't this was an issue of old dirt bleeding up through the rug after the cleaning.  The streaks were straight and clear.  The cleaning was clearly uneven.
We tried calling Josh to request a return visit.  We called and left messages 5-6 times.  To this date, we've not received a return call. 
Not only was the work performed by Duran's Extreme Cleaning not acceptable, the response to our calls after the service was self incriminating and unacceptable.  The price seemed like a bargain at first.  Looking at it now, as low as the price was, this was an expensive service.  We'll have to have the carpets cleaning by a more competent service.
We'll avoid cheap deals in the future.
