"From the time I delivered the car to the time it was ready to pickup was over 4 1/2 hours. Not the best in town. Then the debris left in the interior of the car was atrocious. I had to complain and the counter person had to try and blow it out because the technicians couldn't be bothered. Then upon inspection the gasket around the window was pinched under the glass at the top of the windshield and the glue was leaking out. I have pictures. I complained to the home office and got no response. The local facility is filthy and the technicians are sloppy, especially Ruben. The only thing positive is the glass is better than what you get at the big competitor."
