Don Salazar is one of the hardest workers I have ever encountered. He is personable and easy to work with. He is: >HARD WORKER. Did the job, no complaints or delays. >Punctual. Was here when he said he would be. >Prompt. Got work done when he said he would. >Reliable. Did what he said he would. Got materials as stated. >Reasonable. Minor adjustments that came up were dealt with, no problem. We are very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to hire Don again for future projects.

Don is a nice guy but was not capable of the large project we hired him for. We hired him to bring in 70 tons of landscape rock, artificial turf, and a paver patio. The landscape rock was sloppy and unfinished, the turf was not seamed correctly or placed in the correct direction, and the pavers were adequately installed but not to the level you would expect from a professional. We were forced to hire a separate company to correct his install issues.

"[Member Name Removed] is pretty much unprofessional he wanted a 30ft by 30ft synthetic turf I installed it a week later he wanted to add on to 30ft by 30ft I advised him that the seam might be visible and he said I can leave with it as per the decorative rock I advised again that we needed to install edging he said no as for the pavers I think they stayed nice I did a lot of extra work didn’t get paid for like a drain under the synthetic turf leveling for extra turf [Member Information Removed] base and crusher fines he also gave me two checks one for 4,000.00 and one for 455.00 that weren’t good he put stop payment on the two checks that’s what you call a crook."

My yard turned out great! I've gotten compliments from my neighbors already. He's all business but also a funny guy! It was him his son and one other helper and they were all very respectful and friendly.
