"Bert advised me he would go by my home to install a window. I took off from work to wait for the disrespectful man. He NEVER should. I called and he said he came drop by in a week. That week never came... I went to Matt and the next day my window was installed. Bert was disrespectful asking me about my personal life and many questions. I live alone and this man gave me the creeps. Thank you for not showing up. I feel for the costumers that do business with you!"
