Ideal came out and measured our existing shower enclosure. The glass was very etched with hard water spots. We stopped by the showroom, picked out the new glass and opted for the Enduro Shield Coating to help keep the spots off. When the glass came in, Ideal came out and installed the new enclosure. Everyone was professional, and punctual. So far we are very pleased. The glass looks great and is exactly what we were expecting.

Everything was prompt and easy. The estimate and installation both were done at the appointed times. The estimator/owner Tony was attentive to my needs for the project and had very good ideas for  modifications to my initial plans - I ended up with a better design due to his input. I had thought a 4' x 6' mirror was the way to go, and Tony suggested and we went with a 5' x 5' mirror.
The installers were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. I'm happy with the new mirror.

The instillation was done at the appointed time and quickly without disruption to our day. I would recommend them and use them again.

The company rep came to my home after I went to the showroom to get ideas on a 5'X3'X7'(height) glass shower surround for a new custom shower enclosure.  The rep was professional and punctual and gave a price for the material and installation at the time of the visit.  The glass was a great quality glass and the install happened when scheduled and done professionally.  I was provided tips on care and maintenance of the glass.  I was very happy with the service provided by this company.

Originally I was going to have the entire glass shower enclosure replaced after having the shower recaulked, cleaned and resealed.
The company that performed those services took photos of the shower and recommended I contact Ideal Glass and Mirror.  I called Ideal and after explaining what I wanted and the sales person viewing the photos, we came up with what I thought to be what I had in mind.  I received an estimate over the phone.  An appointment was set up for measuring.  When I called to reconfirm what we had discussed I learned that the enclosure I had looked at was not possible without  having to replace some tiles or have holes.  The new enclosure that would work without tile replacement basically looked like the one I had.  When Tony arrived to take measurements I decided that I would just get a new door and forget the idea of a totally new look.  I was told in the beginning that there would be a $130. additional fee for travel ($65. ea. trip).  I thought that was excessive and asked to have it waved, but the company said no.
The new door arrived and it was promptly installed.  Tony, the fellow who installed the door and the staff in the office were all very professional and there is no doubt this is a quality company.  The confusion regarding a new enclosure was disappointing so I would say to be totally sure that what is being said over the phone is accurate.
