The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

Work was completed within 1 week of estimated time and included new windows and french door installation, replacement of 3 windows, retexture and paint ceilings, new flooring, new cabinets, new baseboards and painting throughout. Work was excellent and Julio was an amazing worker! He never did things that were less then satisfactory and often went the extra mile! My new kitchen, living area and laundry look incredible!! Overall fair value for work completed, will recommend to others and will likely hire for our future projects. Thank you!!!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

But due to my travels, work was done in increments: master bath, kitchen, guest bathroom, and then in June a one day outside job in which a new door was put on a storage unit, and my security door was given a new coat of paint."

"I have heard good things about the company so I called them and I was very pleased on how they presented themselves and the product that they have. They are wonderful, I would definitely recommend the product that they used. They were very knowledgeable about what things should be done on your home, after much consideration I said we should do it. They were very professional, on time, they were here everyday with a smile on their faces, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"I had gotten probably ten bids. The guy came out I was comfortable with him. He had more knowledge. When they came out to do the work they were on time. Clean and courteous. When they were done I paid the rest of my bill. I will probably do another bathroom with them after all of this has cleared up."

"He came.  He listened and made suggestions as we went through my specifications for a remodeled bathroom.  He did email me a price list for the project, but the coupon said you would get a plan.  We never got any drawings that would show what we wanted.
