T-Stat Heating and Cooling

T-Stat Heating and Cooling, service provider personnel, were prompt and relatively professional. Not having had need for this type of service from other professionals in this area nor the comparative experience from the service provided thereof, I found it necessary therefore to rate this pro as indicated-three star. The project was started on August 5, 2025 and it was completed on August 8, 2025. Thereafter, an issue arose with the integrity of the cooling operation of the installed unit - most notably the thermostat. Mr. Lopez, of T Stat Heating and Cooling, has addressed the issue and his service people have changed the thermostat - on Monday, August 11, 2025. The service individuals changed the thermostat and monitored its operation - the cooling issue was not resolved. They indicated that they would return on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The temperatures in this area have been in the 100s. In context of this relevant experience it is not just to make a true accessment. Thank you

I'd recommend Francisco to anyone requiring a/c services. I called explaining my issue i was having with the unit. He arrived at my residence in the slated time and immediately began trouble shooting the system. The issue was resolved within an hour. Very attentive, knowledgeable and most of all listened to the concerns as a customer. Thank you, Francisco!

Francisco is the man to call about heating and cooling services. He is extremely personable, will work with your unique situation to find what works best FOR YOU! The competitors had prices that were much higher and they were not trying to work with me, just upsell me on everything. Tell Francisco what you need, budget or luxury, and he will get you taken care of. He and his team went above and beyond and even swept up the very small mess that was made. I used Francisco and his company to switch out my AC and Furnace systems. It was not an easy project, since I purchased all the equipment online and used him and his team for the removal of my old equipment and installation of my new equipment.
