My experience with ABQ Property Management was an excellent one and I would recommend using them when you need help locating a property that meets your needs!
Description of Work: The person I worked with was Daniel Torrez. He was prompt, professional, and very willing to listen to my rental needs. Once he understood what my situation was, he contacted the owner to see if there could be a compromise made so that I could feel more comfortable renting the property that he was managing. He was responsive and returned my calls the same day and met me at the property several times to help me in any way he could. I felt I needed to contact him with the news that I had actually rented another home since he had been so helpful. He surprised me by being very supportive and was pleased that I had found something that Met my needs even though it wasn't the property he was representing. I appreciated that !

Daniel showed my units in person and found qualified tenants to lease my units. Withe all of the previous experiences using property management, this is by far the best.
Description of Work: ABQ property management found great tenants for my 8 plex. In a matter of a month I went from 4 occupied to all 8 occupied.
