"So MANY businesses never call back and never communicate with their customers which is a huge turn off. I called Sunday evening and left a message. Monday morning Val called me and assured me she would find someone in my area and send them over. She called me back to let me know someone was on the way in 15-20 min and then again to let me know they were there. The technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about 20 min. The customer service was out of this world and something you don't see too often anymore. I would definitely recommend this business and, in fact, already have. Rhe other 2 companies I called? "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"The technician was approximately 40 minutes late due to going to the wrong location, a street after my last name despite texting my address to Luis. The technician was very polite but I cannot truly attest to the quality of work as I do not know what if anything was removed from my home. Everything works the same as it did before. I asked for a receipt to show the work had been done for my insurance company but the technician said I would have to get with Luis. I spoke to Luis on Nov 16, 2017, to ask that he send me a receipt, he requested I text my email address to him which I did when we hung up. On Nov 20, 2017, I tried calling because I had not received the receipt. He did not answer so I text him with my request. Today is Nov 28, 2017, and again no answer. Seems the only interest is in getting the money. Also, the phone number on Angie's List, the Better Business Bureau, and Yelp are incorrect. The correct phone number is (915)588-8035. The incorrect phone number made it difficult to redeem my purchase but I eventually found the correct phone number."

"Both of our HVAC systems crashed at the same time. Just in time for a heat wave. Thought I might die. Money is tight and I was very highly stressed. Albert and his crew came in and found the problem. Then recommended replacing the systems as they were way old. Albert worked up a good deal and spelled out what was needed and what to expect. The work was quickly scheduled and completed as expected. All the while they showed respect, worked hard, and kept me calm. They left everything clean and neat! The new units work sooo good! The electric bill for cooling the house is reasonable now too. THANKS GUYS!"

Manuel came out to give us a quote and made some recommendations that were helpful. He was always conscience of cost (which we greatly appreciated), and didn't push for anything that was beyond what was needed. They helped with our CPS rebate.
