Daniel and Christina came to the house to assess and provide an estimate. All done the same day. They started work two days later. They did such an outstanding job that we hired them to do additional work installing an RV pad repairing another side of landscape irrigation system. Also sanded and painted the eaves. I highly recommend Ramirez Landscaping!

MR. Ramirez was very professional in working with him from start to finish. They were the 3rd contractor i contacted about pouring me a 67'x 12' RV driveway, and were hired because he did everything he said he would. -showed up on the day and on time to assess the work for wuote -worked up a quote with proposal and start date while on site -began work on the day we agreed on -poured the concrete when he said they would -made sure my property looked better when they left than when they showed up They will be doing more work for me in the future.

Everything done quickly and as promised. Love having the control in my house and hooked up to electricity so I don't have to think about it. My yard guy keeps cutting the heads and they have fixed that quickly as well.

Mine was a small drip system repair, but it was taken care of expertly and efficiently. I'll expect to get some landscaping work done before I sell my place next year and I'll be sure to call Daniel and Cristina back! You can't go wrong with Ramirez Landscaping & Maintenance!

They contacted me promptly. We're willing to drive a distance to help us. They explained everything and were prepared with parts to get things working again.

It did not go. I was informed that someone would arrive at a specified time to assess the work needed. No one showed up, nor contact me.I had to contact the company only to be told that they were on their way. This was over an hour later. I canceled out. My time is very important to me. As I am sure it is important to them. But a lack of professionalism is is unacceptable.

I quite literally had zero issues with this company. I had a very small concrete job I wanted done and nobody else would take the job at a reasonable price. I saw some other reviews on here of people complaining about blah, blah, blah and whatever but, for me, super awesome experience. Daniel and Christina are really cool people, very personable and just a pleasure to talk with. I have several other projects planned in the future and will most definitely be reaching back out to them. I would also recommend their company to anyone looking to have quality work done at a more than reasonable price. Thanks Daniel and Christina!! You've definitely earned a repeat customer!

The contractor never contacted me.

Did not respond to multiple messages, texts, and calls. When they did respond I got the impression they wanted me to do the measuring and estimation of quantity. Last I checked, I don't work for them. But I wouldn't say that this experience was outside the norm here in El Paso. I called 5 different places and got the same experience. I tried to support small business and was utterly disappointed. I needed up going with a chain hardware store that offers contract work. They showed up the same day I called and made a no pressure free estimate. Apparently they use local contractors so I was happy to hear that.

I paid around $64.00 for 35 minutes of work. The time slot was for 2 hours. Mowed lawn, raked pine needles, and pulled some weeds. Terminated the scheduled services for the future. Hired another person.

They never contacted me.

They did a really good job. They were on time, 3-4 workers each day & they got done in 3 days.

Poorly, it was VERY DIFFICULT TO PIN DOWN A DATE OF SERVICE. ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RANGE OF TIME OF DAY. Overall the work was mediocre at best. Part of work not completed. Repeated back tracking of what had been agreed to. The first time they came I even gave them a large bonus because I felt they had underbid the job and they worked hard that day. Job was not completed, they did come back and then the trouble began. The young man who represented he was owner by referring to helper as "my employee", started arguing that work we had agreed to was NOT in the deal. Then it was they didn't have any more time to finish but would text me regarding a return date. A few days later I got an early morning call that they would be here in 10 minutes.I was still sleeping. After some hemming and hawing he said they would come next week but would not give me a day. He would text me. I'm an elderly, disabled but NOT FORGETFUL person. I tried to impress upon him that although I DO text, I prefer voice calls and I can't do appoiNTMENTS on 10 minutes notice.This amounted to multiple texts for something that would be a 2 minute phone call. It was VERY DIFFICULT TO PIN HIM DOWN TO A DAY and nearly impossible to get him to give me even a range of time of day. VERY FRUSTRATING. On the appointed day I received 6 phone calls changing the arrival time. It started with the estimated time of 11-12 and after many calls they finally showed up about 3:00. There was a great deal more including lying to my face about something he said they did and it was OBVIOUS it WAS NOT DONE. At that point I was DONE. I paid him what he requested even though the work was "half assed", and far from complete. The young man apparently could not retain spoken information for more than a very few minutes. I dismissed him and told him it wasn't working out.

Very well, i will hire them again for other projects around my house and at my church.

Was out Monday, didn’t finish because of bad weather. Was told would be back Tuesday around 11 am, no show or calls on Tuesday. I call them this-morning , no return call yet.

Ramirez Landscape and Maintenance does excellent work. Both the insurance claim rockwall repair and other requested rockwall repair met and even exceeded my expectations. The ownership was prompt with the insurance estimate, and the start and finish dates. The rockwall repairmen were courteous and experts in their field of work. My wife and I are very pleased with the work performed by Ramirez Landscape and Maintenance.
