"In July 2021, Aaron's did an excellent job during our AC maintenance of two refrigerated air units. The technician was very thorough when cleaning and servicing our units and furnace downstairs. I have seen other AC company techs do this same work, but Aaron's tech was by far the best. He left the work areas neat and clean afterwards. Hope to see him again early summer!"

"Quick response. Service my HVAC that same morning. Fair price. Will use them for yearly routine service."

"Although they were swamped with jobs that day, Gilbert was able to come and diagnose the problem. The motor was replaced on our A/C unit and he got it running again. We were desperate, the indoor temp. in our house was 87 degrees!! In a few hours we were enjoying "coolness" again!!"

"Very professional starting with owner and service technicians and fantastic customer service. The work perform was to our satisfaction and highly recommend Western Electric for any AC installation and service. Very cordial team staff."

"Casey came out the same day I got a call from his office (officemanagerwas extremelypoliteand helpful). He climbed up and down off my roof to resolve the issues. He gave me a fair price for the work to be done. He showed me pictures and explained everything. He fixed one cooler so we were comfortable in the house the rest of the day and night. He is replacing the second cooler because is was not repairable (again showed pictures). He quoted reasonable prices for the options we have. We will have a second new cooler on Monday. I already have plans to schedule him to return for some other HVAC and venting maintenance and cleaning."

"This is the best heating and cooling company in town. They came to my house for the third time today. I called at 9 am, they were at my house 30 minutes later. They fixed my AC problem with great care and explained each step to me. I am so pleased with this company and highly recommend to everyone. You go T-Stat………."
