I spoke with Gina in the office and she was very professional, polite, and overall great! Robert and Larry showed up on time and were also very professional and polite. They provided their estimate promptly and were able to start the work almost immediately. So far, this has been a great experience and because of that we will use their services from hence forward. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

The work was done well and I was satisfied with the outcome. The project turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, but they honored the quote with no questions asked. I would hire them again.

Unfortunately he couldn?t help. He put the wire system in the toilet kept saying it?s not going through. And that his wire would break? Then have me an estimate and it?s very very expensive? And also saying we need another toilet? When the toilet is new! And that the flooring was bad. We?re poor don?t have much funds all I need was the toilet to get fixed. We have two flooded toilets that need fixing and also said in one of them needed to remove the gunk of crap when it?s flooded how in the heck could it be removed.

They responded very quickly, did a great job, and were very professional.

Great overall experience. Requested a plumber online on Sunday night and got a call early Monday morning from Mr. Rooter Plumbing saying they could have a tech at my house within the hour. Joshua was polite and very professional as he explained the repair process and gave me the estimate. I agreed and he was done within the hour. Highly recommended.

I greatly appreciated that they on the same day that I called. They replaced my old water heater with a new one. The job was completed quickly and professionally. The only thing I would suggest is they should have done is a follow up call to see if everything they was ok and not simply assume that it is. The final price was a bit high, but I needed the job done.

The drain to my washer was clogged and water was everywhere. I called Mr. Rooter and they installed a 4 inch extender because supposedly it was too short. I was charged $399 for the extender which was clamped to the existing pipe. The problem was still not fixed, so they returned and removed the 4inch extender and replaced it with a longer extender which came up really close to my electrical outlet. The drain was still clogged, so I requested for a master plumber to come out. The drain was not clogged behind the washer, it was clogged on my roof top. So after 3 weeks of having water all over the floor, my cabinets getting wet, and not being able to wash the master plumber finally cleared it, and was told that I wouldn't be charged. The charge went through, so I called to get my money back for the extender which was removed. I then got an email saying that the $399 was for the clearing of the roof top clog. The manager tried speaking over me, and claimed that the money had to be justif
