There was little more than a wash, almost no pigment, and it could not be cleaned; bare wood began to appear less than three years after the house was built. "Juan Carlos and his team painted my house and trim this week and accomplished the task in the time estimated with minimal delays. They provided a timely estimate and I selected them based on my interraction with the owner and the details he provided as to what would be done and in what time frame. They started the project a week ago today and finished in the week they proposed even though we lost a day due to rain. They arrived at the agreed upon time on day 1 and every day thereafter.
