With over 45 years of experience, on electronics, communications, networking and installations of pertinent equipment, I had to bring several issues with the install of a 12K BTU unit. Normally this job (full new install) takes 3-4 hours, took these guys 3 days, too many trips to the store to get (commonly used and necessary ) parts, some parts were also missing straight out of the new equipment boxes. Possibly missed during packaging of the equipment, their supplier is (Ferguson) and they need to check and make sure all hardware and accessories are included with the equipment . On any type of a professionally done installation, the installers should have a set of basic tools, and accessories, is just imperative, such as electrical connectors, terminals, wall cable plugs, so on and so forth. I learned during their frequent trips to the stores to go get the parts, that the installers, do not carry those. When drilling holes in peoples houses you must insure that they are not bigger than required, done with the proper tools and that they are sealed completely as in 360 degrees around to avoid, insects, wind, moisture, and wind/cold air during the winter. Clean up should be done and all debris, to include clippings, excess material, cut cables, screws and bolts, collected and disposed properly and not left laying around for the home owner to clean up after. I hope this review helps customers decide who to hire in the future. I'm open for discussion. I would like to add that most of the issues were corrected after I pointed them out. Mike is a good person to deal with, and listening to the customer is always a good idea.

Tolk me a trick or two for the future

I'm not sure who owns it, but Mike showed up and in 3 minutes diagnosed and confirmed the problem. It was fixed with a blow thru a pipe. He charged $65 service charge and$20 to blow the pipe. No receipt, no invoice. He asked me Not to put a name on the check, so I have no proof he was there if it acts up again!! I don't trust that kind of behavior.

Mike Rincon came to my house quick and fixed the problem. He explained things to me that helped. I have already recommended him to others. If I have another problem, I will be calling him.

Mike was able to make time to help me when my A/C went out. He found the problem quickly, explained everything he was looking at and charged a fair price. Would recommend.
