"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. "My mom’s a/c stopped working right before a heat wave. I contacted Paul at Air Mechanical and he fit us in his schedule immediately. He had to order parts but came by after dark to make the repair so my mom didn’t have to suffer through 100 degree weather in her house. Great customer service! Very reasonable rates too."

"He found the problem right away but didn't have the parts and would have had to order them but suggested we call San Juan Mobile Home Supply. They had the parts in stock, so I ran and got the parts. He waited for me then installed the parts. It was a good thing because that weekend was very cold."
