He confirmed that the issue was an ac coil leak and that we would need to replace that part of our HVAC system. He walked me through the issue, showed me where the leak was happening, walked me through why it couldn't just be repaired, where/when he was going to be able to find the replacement for my discontinued 11-year-old 4-ton Rheem HVAC unit, and how much replacing the coil assembly was going to cost me. When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great.
