"Simply outstanding.  The price rating is slightly lower than an A simply because they appear to be the most expensive; however, you get what you pay for.  We interviewed 5+ contractors for the repair job.  Each presented different level of price/product/recommendations on what was needed to repair the original stucco to make it last for 20+ years.  A somewhat complicated solution to fix a crack down the entire side of the home needed to be installed along with some serious freeze/thaw repair on all the parapits.  Work was outstanding and the super + crew assigned to the job was easy to work with.  I watched in the beginning to make sure they were doing what was promised, then gained confidence and quit watching the work.  They are at the top end of the price scale, but I am confident you get everything you pay for with a top quality job.   Having experience with many contractors on upgrades and repairs, these guys are the best contractor I used in the past 10 years in Albuquerque.

After Mark left I changed my mind on what type film would go on what window and Mark quickly made the changes. On the day of installation, I was notified that the installation crew would be arriving later than planned, but they arrived only a bit later than originally planned. The crew was very professional, efficient, and very friendly. The installation crew were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left the window areas extremely clean. About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
