"The guy still hasn't washed my windows. I had originally requested for service the first week in January, but he told me, due to a lot of work from the Big Deal, he wanted to pace himself, said he was going through some personal problems, and we agreed to late January. I told him in advance that I had storm windows that would need to be removed. He made a big fuss about it and came out but his drill wasn't charged. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to come back when he had his electric drill charged. He was supposed to come out the following week. He text messaged me that morning and said his girlfriend was having a seizure and he had to be with her all morning. He rescheduled for the following Thursday. He called me earlier in the week, Tuesday I think, and said he threw out his arm and wanted to switch to Friday. I text messaged him Thursday night to see if he was still planning on doing the job. He contacted me Saturday saying he had a "life rendering incident" and asked to reschedule for the following week. Each and every time I have spoken with him or when he's left a message on my voice mail or text, he hems and haws about my storm windows and how much extra work he'll have to do. He has made several excuses as to why he can't do the job and at this point I am no longer interested in him cleaning my windows. I would like to get my money back.

"I highly recommend James and his crew at Just Stucco. The stucco process consisted of a base coat with mesh, a primer and then an acrylic elastomeric final color coat. We also added a waterproof coating to the parapets for extra protection. They did the house, garage, and all outside walls. James was easy to work with, had excellent communications and his crew was always on time. We also received a warranty too. They made sure to clean up afterwards. My wife says that the house looks better now than when it was new!"

"I highly recommend Kevin & Kerry! They are responsive, responsible, and provide quality professional painting services. We were very impressed with their prepping - they were very careful with our artwork and furniture and did extra preparations when needed. Kerry has a keen eye for color and was very helpful in making paint choices that gave our home the “pop” I was looking for....in addition they are both interesting & friendly people!"

"We were very happy with the service provided by 360 Painting While they were not the lowest estimate we received, they were well worth the additional minimal investment.. Chris showed-up at the agreed upon time and provided a very detailed estimate. On the first day of this 5-day project, Chris and Teresa showed-up as scheduled and walked the project with their crew and us. On each subsequent day, the crew was timely and pleasant, worked efficiently, took care to protect surfaces not being painted (floors, fireplace, etc.), and cleaned up at the end of each day. Teresa was on site each morning to answer questions, address concerns and inspect the work done the previous day. She also performed a very thorough inspection at the end of the project. We would not hesitate to work with them again."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.
