Absolute Pool and Spa Service

The service was good. Two guys came out to do the work, and they left the area fine. They do a good job. This was the third time I used them. My husband was not feeling well, he was having problems with asthma and so we used them. I don't their prices are out of line.

The pump on our above-ground pool had stopped working and the drain hose had become disconnected while I was traveling.  This resulted in the water draining out below the skimmer and no filtering.  By the time I returned, the pool was a mess of algae and there were essentially no chemicals in the water and mosquitoes were breeding!
Josh (the owner) responded promptly to my initial call, but already had a busy schedule.  He came out within a day or two and was able to fix the hoses and pump and gave a shock treatment to start working on the algae problem.  A week later he was able to return for a longer session, and cleaned up the algae on the bottom and got the chemicals in better balance.  He also left me enough chlorine and shock treatment so that I could continue to care for the pool.
We live in the East Mountains, quite far from his place of business in the South Valley.  I truly appreciated his getting out to help us as quickly and as well as he did. He was very pleasant and very professional.  I've already scheduled him to come out and install a better arrangement for the water treatment (replace the hoses with pipes), and he'll be winterizing the pool for us when the time comes.

Everything went great. He was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to take care of the problem on our hot tub. He tried to find a part on the board instead of swapping out the entire board. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure the job was done right. Our experience with him was great.

Josh came out and took care of a pool that had been neglected for several years. He had to reseal the pump, change out the filter sand and get the heater back into operation. He did everything very professionally and was careful with the cost. I have one minor leak that he will be coming back to correct soon, but the pool is up and running. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Joshua provided us an estimate and let us know when and how long the job would take. His crew came as promised and finished the job in several visits as planned.  We are very happy with his work which was done professionally. 
We will definitely call Joshua when we need other pool-related services.

Josh and his crew were very professional. I was especially impressed by the person that installed the new tile. He took extra care to make sure all the areas that needed patching were completed and didn't cut corners. I decided to replace my 3/4 hp pump with a new 1.5 hp. Josh installed the pump and replaced the valves. He spent extra time making sure there were no leaks and fixed a problem I had been having with the pump cutting off due to improper voltage regulation. This was a fairly extensive renovation to a pool I hadn't put a lot of upkeep into for the past 15 years. Josh made it look like a brand new pool. I kept in mind that this was during the very busy pool opening season and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They did a fantastic job.

They provided an estimate and then did the work.  When the acid wash didn't work -- my plaster was too reactive -- they used a grinder with a stiff buffing pad.  took longer than the acid wash but they didn't complain or change the price.  They installed the pump & motor and fixed the tiles that had come off.  My pool both looks great and works wonderfully.  The price charged was the same as the estimate given.

They arrived on time, did an excellent job, and were very professional the entire time. Having had a bad experience with a prior service, I was somewhat leary. This company is professional, priced reasonably, and shows up exactly when they say they will. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and will do business with them in the future. I don't think you can go wrong using this service.

Arrives on time. Thoroughly and methodically blows out the lines and closes the pool. Does a great job. No complaints.

I have been in the proceas of moving for the past year and I negected my 20 by 40 foot inground pool. I made one call to Josh who had opened and closed my pool before and he kept everything clean, operational and beautiful while I traveled back and forth to Kentucky. Josh is the only pool guy younwill ever need and you can trust him ro domwhat he says.

Contacted Josh about a week before he actually came out to replace a broken pool cover rope.  Josh had to special order the rope and the uncertainties dealing with the rope vendor's schedule delayed Josh's arrival. The actual installation was done within an hour and very professionally done, in my estimation.  Josh is one of the few pool service people that I am aware of who will replace pool cover ropes.  He has also cared for our saltwater pool needs, including opening and closing the pool and monthly maintenance.
