"I had 8 HVAC companies come to my home ranging all the way from Danielâ s to unknown peeps. Even in comparison with some of the top names, Eli came fully organized with his iPad and was the most professional out of them all. The way he sends his quotes allowed me to easily compare all of my different options and he sent them through very quickly after his onsite visit. Not only this, he was even still the cheapest by far. The product he installed works great and he cleaned up after himself. I have nothing against Spanish but he also, out of respect, always spoke English around me (even if he was talking to his partner) and I saw them run into a couple of hiccups and Eli maintained his professionalism. Heâ s not new to HVAC but his company is new which also means that he did everything he could to earn my positive experience. Thank you Eli! "I am PSYCHED!!! I just had one of the greatest interactions with a repair company and I HAVE to share. Our A/C went down yesterday and we called Tech Air, based on a recommendation from some friends. Reuben came out yesterday, told us exactly what was wrong and the one part needed to fix our A/C. This is in contrast to 2 other companies that have recently looked at our 15 year old system and told us we need a new HVAC unit. "Jay was very thorough, taking pictures and showing me everything he found. At first, this was a job to clean and inspect my dryer venting system. It turned out that the ducting in the crawl space was poorly placed and constructed, leaving too many bends and debris, and leakage. Jay rebuilt the ductwork so the airflow was improved and there were no leaks. He also found that the roof flashing on the dryer vent cap was not properly sealed, and he repaired it. He went above and beyond, and resealed all my rooftop vent caps."
