Follow up 1 month later- Now water is leaking through the air return vent they installed in the ceiling after probably a tenth of an inch of rain. I called but apparently they don't have anyone on call because all I could do was leave a message. Buyer beware that they don't appear to have appropriate on call coverage if something goes wrong and a minor issue could certainly escalate into a much more expensive and inconvenient repair."

"Our radiant heating system is 18 years old. We have used 3 different companies in the fall and the spring to come out and turn the system on and off. Since October the pressure has been low and we noticed the system was failing. We consulted with one of the previous contractors after we noticed the heat was not coming on, although the pilot light remained on. After a few weeks, the system failed again. I googled radiant heat specialists and noticed that Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling had a repair service, specifically, for radiant heating systems. The next morning they replaced the pressure tank and the pressure relief valve, tightened up leaking boiler pipes, removed the air pockets from the radiant floor pipes, and moved the pressure tank closer to the ceiling. They showed us what to look for on the gauges, what pressure to maintain when the boiler is on and off, how to determine if the boiler pump isnâ t working. We have every confidence these specialists know what they are doing and how to maintain our system. We definitely plan to use this service in the future for all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs!"
