We called before Christmas and asked if they could perform the repairs after Christmas. Since the shop was open we brought in the car on the morning of December 25th. The car was ready for pick up around 2 pm the same day.

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Left a huge mess up in my attic, put duct tape where flashing was supposed to be, and long story short, got a leak from the unit that caused my ceiling to fall down in the garage. They did not come back to fix immediately until my contractor friend went to his home to light a fire under him to come fix the damage he caused. There was pvc unglued to the unit also. I had paid $15,000 for this and had another hvac man fix the issues. Would never recommend Porkys for any work."
