Do not waste your time with this young man. Very unreliable and does not answer your calls or text messages, but does take the cash before he even starts. Seven months has gone by and the light fixtures are still hanging. He requires 75% down it is on his contract, before he starts any work it is unheard of anyone asking that much down. He told us that our panel box needed upgrade, the City inspector said NO, we did not need it. He wanted more money for that, too .Part of the work that he was going to do was not written on the contract. You can not trust him. So, do not call him get somebody else.

They communicated with me about everything. If their was going to be any delays they called and explained why. When the job was finished they had me inspect the job and asked for my approval.
