They are a high quality shop. The customer service is impeccable. They guarantee all their work. If somebody doesn't like something he makes it right and doesn't up charge them or anything like that to do it if there's something that needs to be done to make the customer happy. Those guys are extremely good shop. They are a little higher on price but they are well worthy extra money because they usually get the diagnosis right the first time and have a lot of repeat calls there.

My husband is a retired trucker, heavy equipment owner and he is picky who works on his vehicles. He was very pleased!

.Everything went well overall.  Prompt service.  Felt very comfortable with the people and the establishment.

After receiving an over the phone cost to replace the timing belt and water pump on a 02 Honda the maintenance was scheduled. Work was completed in a timely manner at the price quoted. Received the AAA discount of $50.00 (10% not to exceed $50.00) which is always nice. Acouple of day later the engine started to make a ticking sound when it was cold. When I returned the car to have them check out the noise they tried several thing and the noise went away. A couple day later the noise was back and I returned the car and left it over night so they could check it when the engine was cold. They found the problem which was nothing to do with the original maintenance. They replaced the ac/gen belt and power steering belt and the noise has not returned. The cost of this repair was for part only. The service provide by Tierra Del Sol automotive has no equal in town in my opinion. Professional staff and timely scheduling of maintenance. Special thanks to Aaron and Alan for their care about their customers. Job well done.

Good experience with this company.  Front service desk personnel are friendly and helpful.  All maintenance was performed as discussed when scheduled.

They schedule your car in so that you have a good idea of when it will be worked on, then they call you with a report of what they found wrong and what it will cost to fix it. You then have the option of going ahead with the repair or stopping at that point. We of course had our car repaired.
This shop is very honest, dedicated to their customers, and great all around.
