Sometimes they have fixed things, sometimes they haven't, but it is the only thing we have up here that will come out and fix things. I just remodeled my kitchen so I have all new appliances. They are very expensive. They only come out on certain days of the week or certain days of the month, that is because I live in a very rural area. When they say they are coming, they are coming.
Long, long ago they have come. They were last here five years ago. The cost was about $400, just to walk in the door. If they fix it within that $400 then that is all you pay. If it costs more then you just pay the difference. The $400 is a service charge, destination charge and is every little charge in the book. You pay upfront really steep. But then if they can fix it with a ten cent part...so we have to weigh things. Is it better to go buy a new appliance or is it better to...The price has been the same forever and they have good quality. They have good parts.
