The Service Pro workers had to move the washer and dryer to get to the drain that need snaked. They not only did that, they made sure that there wasn’t any other blockages in any of the drains and cleaned behind the washer and dryer before putting them back. Excellant work ethics!

It was a little old lady that doesn't speak English very well and she had a water leak and we did call them out and they came out and fixed it for her within 30 minutes and charged her reasonably. I don't speak a lot of Spanish but I understand her enough that I can communicate with her. But at the end the guy realized that she was Spanish and he spoke Spanish. They are bilingual too and that helps.

We would use them again in the future.

I had a couple of spots from the first time and they came back and redid it at no charge. I'm real happy with them.

Their professionalism more than anything stood out the most. Their price was same as everybody else's. I like their timings. The quality of work was excellent.

I felt like I was overcharge for this job. I even wrote a letter stating that. He also asked to use our own rags to clean up the water.

Over the past two years mom has had her water lines replaced from the meter, as well as various other repairs/updates. 1. Water line from the meter to the service area. 2. re-routed outside faucet 3. re-plumbed water supply to commode 4. cleaned the waste lines from the bath as well as from the washing machine. 5. New kitchen sink faucet. 6. Replaced flooring in foyer and hallway. Every job was completed satisfactorily, and to the estimate. No surprises!

Perfect. Punctual and polite and did a good job.

The estimator called the same day I stopped by the business address; He came by the next day and provided me with a free estimate for the services. An appointment was set around my schedule and the 2 man crew came out and performed the work in a very friendly and professional manner. I would absolutely use them again and recommend their services.

Everyone I dealt with conducted themselves in a friendly professional manner, from the people at their office to the person who called for the job details and quoted me a price to the technician who performed the work. No one tried to sell me additional services that I had not requested. The tech arrived in the time window scheduled and promptly began his work. His job was made easier because the rooms were empty. That said, he was hired to clean my carpets not be a furniture mover.The job was completed in a timely manner with all the expected followup. Ceiling fans were turned on and all lights were turned off and I was advised when the carpet would be dry and OK to walk on. In summary I could not have asked for, or expected, better service at a fair price. Assuming the same personnel, I would recommend HSC to anyone needing carpets cleaned.
