Description of Work: He installed a new #4 copper wire to a new box 100 feet from the source. |He installed 3 new breakers 100Amp and the source and special 50 Amp with a ground fault for a Hot tub and 30 Amp for my popup trailer. |And last he installed a buried power line 65 feet to my new hot tub. |My hot tub is now purring like a kitten.

Description of Work: We called Miranda Electric to hook up a ceiling fan in our home, and while he did call us back once we left a voicemail, he said he was on his way to Las Cruces and would call us later that day. It's been more than a week and we still haven't received a call back, so we will never be using this person in the future. I hate unprofessionalism like that.

 + -1 moreCame to Angie's List to find an electrician to trouble shot a problem in my workshop with the lights not working. Called and spoke to owner Mr Fernando Miranda and he asked if I was home now, I said I was and he said he would be here in about 15 minutes. He got here in just less than 30 minutes and I showed him what the problem was and he started to check the wiring and found a short in just a couple minutes. Had him check another issue for a free estimate and after all was done in less than an hour from the time I called him I had written his check and everything was working perfectly.
Description of Work: Repaired wiring issue with lights not working in my workshop. Repair a short circuit in wiring.

 + -1 moreHe showed up when he said he would and did the work quickly and professionally. This project went quickly. The power company took quite a while to get the line energized, but that was largely because they were assisting with fire fighting in Riudoso
Description of Work: Miranda mounted a new power pole for me in a small mobile home park. He also installed a new electric service panel and ran the underground wire to the unit.

 + -1 moreI called on a Wednesday and they came out Thursday spent about thirty minutes checking the circuits. He told me everything looks good and he would file for permit. PNM came out that Friday and installed the meter. He and I got back together Saturday and turned on all the breakers one by one. I payed by check and I am very happy with his work, attitude, timelyness.
Description of Work: I purchased a home that hadn't had power since 2004. The state requires an licensed electrician to inspect the circuits before PNM can put a meter back on. I checked the wiring an ensured there were no shorts in the circuits to draw current when power was appied to the house again.

Description of Work: I called and they came out the same day. I esplained what was going on and he replaced the braker which I thought was the problem. He was curteous and professional.
