Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. "Without calling or asking permission, another cabin owner asked Joe Dan to put a large splice-in box beside our cabin, and ran an above ground line across the width of the cabin, rendering the space unusable, and the electric line still on our property and not on the property the septic system is on. He went against what two other electricians and a PNM rep recommended. The cost of trenching would have been avoided, We'd paid for the nine cabins septic electricity for 6 years with less than half of the system's electricity being reimbursed."
