"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Chip gave me a website for remote assistance. It was easy to use. He examined the wireless connectiions available and recommended the one he thought would work best. The other ones were deleted except for a back up. He explained the connection between the router (hand shake with the wifi) and the tv. After two attempts, the connection was made and has been working flawlessly since. Chip removed some previous names used by other techs for the printer. The printer was renamed, a connection was established. He gave me advice on what to do in the future, if problems developed. I could also call him which I would do without hesitation. Chip was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. I highly recommend him!

"I am very happy with Dish. The price is comparable to anybody else. I have never checked the price of anyone else. The only other ones to compete there would be satellite dishes as part of the island is not even wired for cable. The quality of the service is good."

"l knew my MacAir battery needed to be replaced. I went to Apple, they initially quoted me a fee of $129.00 to replace my battery. When they opened up my computer they said there had been spillage, and my only option was for them to send my computer to Austin, TX where they would inspect, replace the battery, clean up the spillage, and regardless of how minimal or maximal that spillage might be, the set charge would be $800.00. Other than a battery that was winding down, my computer was working just fine. So I said No Thank You and took the computer to ABQ Computer Repair. I bought my own battery from Amazon for $50, took it to ABQ Computer Repair, and today I picked up my computer. They installed the battery, cleaned the interior and checked all the connections, and my total bill was just under $85.00. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly the top of the line when it comes to computer repair. I recommend them enthusiastically and without any reservation. Thank you!
