"I called Kyle to help with some smart thermostats. He got back to me fast and setup an appointment for the same day. In the middle of that install, the pumps in my basement failed and it was filling with water. A quick trip to get supplies and he had me fixed up in no time. He was able to get the basement pumped out and new pumps installed, too. All in all, a fast, smart, courteous, and super knowledgeable guy that just became my "go to" for all thing HVAC... and beyond"

"Pipe Works is a team of real pros, from beginning to end. First, you have Tricia (sales) and John (system design specialist) helping me figure out the right system up front. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"

"I got a near immediate call back from John, one of the owners, when my Central A/C failed Thursday night before Labor Day weekend. I was able to get a service call the next day, with an accurate diagnosis, a clear explanation of the root cause and what needed to be done, and a fair estimate. The repair required a part from the manufacturer which was delivered next business day. John immediately called and installed the part within a few hours, honoring the estimate and doing the job right the first time.
