From walking us through the process, beating the price quotes from 3 other contractors to there quality of work and being available 7 days a week with any questions. example: We just had an electrical storm yesterday that fried our downstairs nest thermostat, Kyle was here in 40 minutes and replaced the nest an fixed the problem. When they installed the 2 full Ac and heating systems they came with a full team and installed both that same day! "It was fine. It took while to get it scheduled because I wasn't ready to have it done. It involved taking my back door off and I didn't want to do that in January and February. The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that. There was no worst part. The best part was he was a nice guy. We had something in common to talk about so we were able to chitchat while he was working. I think it was worth a hundred bucks. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would possibly use them in the future if I needed more the same type of stuff done."

"Might have been better to wire (c wire installation) to its own transformer rather than using the transformer directly attached to furnace - thermostat shuts down when furnace LWC light goes on (intermittent as an auto refill is attached) and does not restart itself (thermostat) until I turn the furnace switch on/off ??? Will have to have the furnace man check/correct this during the annual service this fall."

Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"
