"George and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job in record time. The entire house and garage were cleaned out in 2 hours! They removed everything but the lint on the floor. I would absolutely hire them for all my household needs. Thanks, George I appreciate you and your team. You took a lot of pressure off of us! Highly recommend. Thank you."

"Abra-Cadabra was excellent. I would hire them again. They charge you the quote and do not add extra fees. They are polite and professional. The owner is on every job. I was able to book next day service. They arrived early and were done in about 20 minutes. I could not have removed the heavy, bulky treadmill myself. They are worth ever penny."

Small jobs welcome

"The team confirmed the day before, advised when they were 10 minutes away & arrived 10 minutes earlier. They came prepared with tools, professional, cleaned up. This is what truly impressed me, they removed a three sectional wall unit. The majority of it was glass, including the glass shelves, not one piece of glass broken from the time they took it apart from the time that we removed it from the apartment kudos!!!! Single women will feel comfortable with strangers in home. I’m recommending to my circle & they are in my rolodex for future furniture removal."

"I’m very pleased with the service provided by AJ. From start to finish, the communication was clear and the team was punctual and respectful of my home. They removed several large pieces of furniture and completed additional work I needed done, all within the same visit. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable and professional service."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.

Chlorine has a shelf life of between six months and several years, depending on its type and formulation. Liquid chlorine can often lose its effectiveness in just a few weeks. Pool owners can find themselves with overstock that they need to get rid of. The best way to dispose of excess chlorine is to take it to a hazardous waste collection site and let the pros handle it.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .

Lead removal is crucial in older homes to eliminate risks of lead poisoning, which can severely affect health, particularly in children, by impacting development and cognitive functions.
