He could of easily changed the thermocouple just to get by but did not recommend doing so on a 10+ unit. Do it right once and call Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain. We were so happy with their service! "1 Intact Plumbing & Heating found a second issue and was not able to repair the second problem, stating the part was no longer in production that I should call the manufacture for assisted, Manufacture told myself part is still in production, under warranty and will be to me it was shipped me at no cost. 1 Intact Plumbing & Heating then return after I received the new hose replaced that part in the sink confirm that all the work including, the original job was unclog my sink. I am happy now they came back and fix the issue."
