"We have used Gene from Preferred Plumbing on several occasions. We had a water heater replaced and multiple faucets, hose bibs changed or repaired, and drain / sewer clogs. Gene was responsive, courteous, and explained the issue and required work clearly. The work was completed without issues and reasonably priced. "I had recently moved into a new house, and had an issue with the main sewer line which kept backing up. I received a quote from another plumber who said that I had a completely rotted line and needed to replace the whole line entirely all the way to the street. He quoted me some outrageous number for this job. I needed a second opinion, and I found Mark. Mark immediately came, and identified the one specific location of the line that was rotted. He replaced the line in that one area, he fixed the problem, and saved me thousands! He was fair, honest, and professional. I'd highly recommend him."

"1 Intact Plumbing & Heating found a second issue and was not able to repair the second problem, stating the part was no longer in production that I should call the manufacture for assisted, Manufacture told myself part is still in production, under warranty and will be to me it was shipped me at no cost. 1 Intact Plumbing & Heating then return after I received the new hose replaced that part in the sink confirm that all the work including, the original job was unclog my sink. I am happy now they came back and fix the issue."
