"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"First of all let me say this. If you are in the Bergen County NJ area and are savvy with online reviews then you will most likely do what I did and get 4-5 estimates from the 4-5 best rated/highest reviewed companies on angies list/google reviews/homeadvisor etc. Which includes Purely Waters Kinetico system (approx $3000, avoid it). Passaic Bergen Water softening and Advanced Water (Both companies owned by the same person now since 2017). NMP Water Systems is without a doubt the BEST company out of all the top choices. I consider my self a good judge of character and have renovated my home for almost 100k in the past few years so I have dealt with many contractors. This company, by far, was the most professional, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy out of the 5 companies my wife and I interviewed. No salesman and sales pitches at all!! Tim, the owner, absolutely did whats best for us and took all of our concerns into account. He's the one that suggested an extra spigot to wash my car with soft water and only charged us $100 extra to do so. He used pex tubing and copper piping. He took his time in creating a seamless install. He even offered to run the RO water through our refrigerator as well so that the ice would be treated and so we would never have to spend money of frig filters again!! Tim was also the only person that suggested leaving the RO system in the basement rather than under my kitchen sink to save on space and then when he installed the tubing up to the kitchen sink, my wife and I, were amazed how great of an idea that was. The 2 employees that worked with Tim were incredibly professional and well spoken. They put down several tarps over the wooden floors/rugs etc. When they left and we went to inspect our basement, you could hardly tell anyone was there for 5 hours. Their ability to finish and provide amazing customer service was really refreshing. We didn't have to repeat ourselves over and over again to make sure everything was installed the way Tim and I discussed. NMP also was the only company that offered us a 10 yr warranty on PARTS and LABOR for both systems! NMP's price just also happened to be the most competitive for the exact same product other companies were offering. Tim and the crew were punctual during the 1st appointment and the subsequent install and we couldn't be happier! Tim also applied for permits with the town of Fair Lawn and did not charge extra to do so. Thank you NMP for such great work and for relieving us of the stress of hiring a water treatment contractor. For anyone reading this review, please consider, at least, getting an estimate from NMP so you can see why I'm so enthusiastic about my experience. "Excellent!  We were provided a contract describing the hardware and model numbers to be installed, services to be performed including removal of old HVAC units and related materials, and total cost.  Initially I was surprised that unit costs and labor costs were not enumerated.  Don't be concerned.  Using the model numbers of the components, I did on-line product and installation pricing and was satisfied with the proposal.  We set a time and date; they were extraordinarily punctual.  They completed all work in a single day (do clear all working areas and access doors beforehand).  They did an overview of operational and maintenance issues.  Left all the work areas cleaner than they were at the start and took 'garbage' with them.  As needed, I will be using them in the future for all of the services they provide."

"I have well water and my water was staining my toilets & bathtub- basically everything. I called Ultra Pure and they sent a very nice man, Al, to come test my water. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom. I would highly recommend them - from beginning to end the process was easy."

"Mark did a fantastic job of installing the new dishwasher. I'm in a 70-year-old building, with 35-year-old kitchen counters. Getting the dishwasher to fit into the space and run properly required a lot of imagination, and Mark figured it out. He's a professional and his work is excellent. While he was working on the dishwasher, he also upgraded some of the kitchen plumbing, so now we're in great shape. He's a real professional!"

" My husband and I had waited several years to finally remodel my outdated 1920's brick home.  Since we had previously hired various types of companies that did lousy work for us in the past without the help of Angie's List, we wanted to hire a company that would be professional throughout the entire process this time.  We searched diligently on Angie's List and based on the many reviews we read, decided to go with Picasso.
I contacted Joe and he arrived promptly at the time he said he would.  He presented himself in a professional, no nonsense manner which impressed me.  We walked throughout my home together and I explained what I wanted to do in each room.  He was very attentive and even gave me suggestions.  Overall, I was satisfied with his presentation and the cost of the renovation.
After much consideration, my husband and I decided to hire him for the job.  Joe and his team of 6 - 8 workers showed up promptly at the scheduled time he said and began the major demo in my home not long after they arrived. They were completely meticulous in the preparation for destruction, covering the remaining furniture in the house with plastic and removed what they could into the garage.
They demolished my non-functional kitchen completely leaving nothing behind in a timely manner, which was very impressive.  At the same time, some of the other workers demolished a dividing wall in my dining room and were very careful in containing the debris.  By the end of the work day, they cleaned up all the construction debris they made in the house.  They installed new hardwood flooring throughout the first floor in a quick and synchronized manner that you wouldn't believe.  They were very hard working, no nonsense and considerate.
Joe recommended a stair company to install a new exposed staircase in my dining room which had us completely blown away with the final result.  The staircase is a total masterpiece on its own.
He also recommended a kitchen cabinet company which produced custom cabinets for us, and we were pleased with the final result, even though a few issues occurred with specifications on the part of the company representative.  Joe's team installed new backsplash tiles surrounding the counters as well as new ceramic floor tiles and appliance installation, each of these done in the most efficient way.
They also painted the entire 1st Floor of my house in colors that we ALL had avid discussions about.  Joe has an eye for what looks appealing in a home and we are satisfied with how the colors appear, which are very comfortable for us.
The entire renovation took 3 weeks, Joe was correct in the amount of time he said it would take.
So, It is with great satisfaction that I write this much anticipated review for Picasso.  I can honestly say this has been both an exciting and memorable experience they have given us. The transformation of my home was totally amazing.   I highly recommend this company for all your construction needs.
